Act!, awarded the #1 selling Contact Manager for the last 20 years is also offered by FCAS and can be a great compliment to BusinessVision.  If you are already using an accounting program Act! can be used a complimentary product to it as well, it is highly versatile and completely customizable to your company's needs.

Act! is a very useful tool for any business, big or small and very easy to use.  All of your important information is displayed right on your screen.  All activities and schedules can be created with just the click of a button.  To avoid redundancy your Act! database is stored in a centralized spot (the server) which provides everyone with access to the same information so that anyone can make an informed decision based on reliable data.  Act! gives the ability of looking at all opportunities in the pipeline and allowing you to allocate resources accordingly so as to optimize your chances of closing those sales.  All of this is displayed through the new innovative dashboard that gives a "snapshot" of your company at a specific point in time.

  • Contact Organization:  when using Act! you have the option of populating 60+ pre-defined fields that can keep track of what company a specific contact belongs to.  Along with company affiliations there are groups which allow you to catagorize your contacts however you want and combine similar contacts together in as many groups as you want.  Along with keeping track of groupings and company affiliations you can also keep track of all activities, notes, histories and any attachments that a contact may have had.
  • Daily Responsibilities:  by using Act! you can organize all of your activities such as meetings, calls, etc. (can be customized for your specific business needs) so that you know what you have to do, when it is scheduled for and whether or not you completed it.
  • Track Sales:  by establishing a sales process specific to your business you can see what stage you are at in your sales process with a customer as well as your probability of making that sale. 
  • Email:  with the new Act! 2008 there is a built-in email program or you can inegrate your exisiting Outlook or Lotus Notes email system with Act! to create any new contacts from your email contacts or attach an email to an existing contact for reference purposes.
